By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions without reservation.
Any order placed on our website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service. The Customer confirms acceptance by clicking the “Place Order” button during checkout, which constitutes agreement to these terms.
All product prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices exclude taxes. Since customers collect their orders directly, no shipping fees apply.
Orders are placed directly on the candyrific.ca website. An order becomes final only after full payment has been received. Ownership of the products transfers to the Customer once payment is completed.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including contact details and pickup arrangements. The Customer agrees to collect the order at the location provided by Candyrific.
If the Customer wishes to cancel or modify an order after confirmation, they must contact customer service immediately at info@candyrific.ca. If the order has already been prepared, Candyrific reserves the right to refuse cancellation.
Payments are made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at the time of order validation. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment, the Customer will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.
Advance payments are not considered deposits.
Our products are offered while supplies last. Availability is displayed at the time of ordering, but stock variations may occur due to technical limitations.
In the event a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the Customer will be notified by email and refunded for the unavailable item.
Customers must collect their orders at the designated pickup location provided during checkout. Candyrific is not responsible for orders not collected within the specified timeframe.
Any order not collected may be discarded due to the perishable nature of the products. No refund will be issued for uncollected orders.
